Working closely with the building owner, local builder and tradespeople, Liam executed a full exterior + interior re-design of this derilict building in a prime location. From Concept development, renders, materials schedule, through to detailed plans for DA approval. The client was after an elevated yet cost effective remodel of the entire interior and exterior space.

Wellness Spa + Sports injury recovery centre. St Leonards, Sydney
Ground up retail interior design and fitout project which included the construction of a modest reception area along with four specialised treatment rooms including cryotherapy, float tank, massage and sauna.
The tonal aesthetic and subtle lighting was aimed to deliver a calming personalised feel to a space which is so often dominated by impersonal, clinical materials and furnishings.

Design and fitout of the first Spaghetteria restaurant concept in Sydney.
Royal blue cabinetry aesthetic with brass accents ties in with the branding and is offset with mid century lighting and modern bar seating, giving the space a classy yet un-pretentious atmosphere.
